This project is based on the legalization of an existing structure initially designed for the creation of two independent homes. After many years in which the structure has been exposed to weather conditions, the new developer wishes to create a single home, so preliminary work is carried out to analyze the state of conservation of the structure to determine those deteriorated areas and propose the necessary structural reinforcements.
The architecture of the home adapts to the existing structure and materializes the aesthetic criteria desired by the clients, opting at all times for construction solutions that provide maximum thermal and acoustic comfort to the home.
