With the publication of the new urban planning regulations of Andalusia, a new action permitted on rural land called “Unlinked isolated single-family home” was introduced. Among these conditions, the main highlights are: a plot with a minimum surface area of 2.5 hectares that allows a circle with a radius of 50 meters to be drawn inside, separation of 100 meters from any other residential building, separation of boundaries of 25 meters and that no induces the formation of new settlements.
