The building is inserted in the urban area of Sedella, on a plot between party walls in which an existing construction in poor condition was previously demolished. The aim is to develop a two-family typology, creating two homes, one on each floor, and with independent access to the road thanks to the typical stepped streets of the town that provide access to the upper floor on the rear façade.
